Happy "Glorious" Friday!

Secondly, because I believe in the power of personalised music playlists helping to improve 

one's quality of life, I'm sharing with you a series called The Power of the Playlist, facilitated by

Jennifer Buchanan (Music Therapist and Founder of JB Music Therapy).

This series resonated with me on many levels, particularly Jennifer's goal "to use music about 5% more in our lifetime in a more intentional way". I wholeheartedly support this goal and want to help bring this to fruition by spreading the power of personalised music playlists.
